Geocache Description:

This cache is near Lake Tazawa.
Please bring your pen.

Lake Tazawa is in Akita Prefecture Senboku City, and is almost a circle of 20km in surroundings. It is famous as the deepest lake in Japan. Maximum depth is 423.4m, and the 17th place in the world. Because the color of water changes into the jade color and indigo by depth and the weather, it is called Baikal in Japan.
There are rich nature and a hot spring village in surroundings in the lake, and it crowds with the tourist. There is a road that goes around this lake, and the person who enjoys the cycling and running is seen.
North about 150m from the cache, there is spring water that everyone can freely drink. Please moisten your dry throat in the cycling and running.

このキャッシュは，田沢湖のほとりにあります。
ペンをご持参ください。

　田沢湖は，秋田県仙北市にある，周囲20kmのほぼ円形の湖です。日本で最も深い湖としても有名です。最大水深は423.4mで，世界第17位の深さを誇っています。水深や天候によって水の色が翡翠色や藍色に変わるため，日本のバイカル湖とも呼ばれています。
　湖の周囲には豊かな自然や温泉郷があり，観光客で賑わっています。湖を一周する道路があり，サイクリングやランニングを楽しむ人が見られます。キャッシュから150mほど北には，誰でも自由に飲めるわき水があります。サイクリングやランニングで渇いたのどを潤してください。
