Geocache Description:

This is located in a sweet garden in Avondale. Please look for the cache around the perimeter of it as not to disturb it's beauty. The kiddos should love this one!

The little borough of Avondale is nestled into the corner of Pennsylvania that is a stone's throw from the state of Delaware. It was founded in 1894. Avondale is almost the next town over from Kennett Square, PA. a town that more people know about because of the mushroom business and being the 'Mushroom Capital of the World'. I've lived in Avondale for over 25 years, but I live closer to Kennett Square with Toughkenamon in the middle there.
On a caching hunt, we ran across this area. It looks fairly new and is just a gorgeous spot among the old buildings in that area. I felt a connection to the poem in the middle of the stone patio area. Please sit down and respect this garden as it was created for someone special to the area. Down the road is a park with a picnic table and kid's play area. And another cache! : ) ~~Congrats to Cruse000 and Co-FTF Yetihunts for being the FTF~~
