One of the interesting aspects of Southern Oregon is the large number of historic pioneer cemeteries we have here. The coordinates above lead you to Phoenix Pioneer Cemetery, established in 1874. Visitation here is allowed only from dawn to dusk, so no night caching is allowed. An American Legion veteran's memorial and seating area is located in the center of the cemetery.
