Geocache Description:

Bring your own pencil. This cache is no more than 2 metres off the trail. Please do not bushwack to this cache. It is located on the Upland Loop trail.

As you walk to this cache you will see limestone plains that will change into more of a wooded area as you walk up to the top of the drumlin. Drumlins are whaleback shaped hills formed by glaciers that are prominent features in this part of southern Ontario. When you get to this cache you will be standing on top of a drumlin that was formed approximately 13000 years ago during the Port Huron advance of the Wisconsin glacier.
