Greatland Reviewer: Hello:

This cache page has been archived due to the lack of response to one or more prior Reviewer Note(s) about issue(s) with the cache. If the owner would like to have the cache unarchived, please contact me through my profile as soon as possible before another cache gets placed nearby.

Please note that unarchiving a cache page requires it to go through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

Geocache Description:

An Important Landmark to Locals!

At the juncture of Highways 137 and 132, this is an important landmark. If you are traveling from Pahoa (so east along Highway 132), to the left is Cinderland and a very scenic drive down Old Government Beach Road. To the right are the tide pools, the warm ponds, Mackenzie State Park and Kalapana, the current lava flow area. Straight ahead is an unpaved road leading to the lighthouse and the road to Champagne Pond!

This is a nano cache so you'll need to BYOP AND some tweezers to get the log out! :) Please be sure to get the log ALL the way back in and the cap back on tight so it won't leak! Mahalo!
