This geocache sits near the marker educating the community of Colonel Hugh Phelps.
Stop and make a find, and possibly learn a little piece of local history about the area. container is medium size waterproof tupperware container with goodies for trade. please only take a trade item if you leave one. i have too many around here get empty and have contemplated not filling them anymore. also, the area is a very very high muggle traffic area, and i do not recommend finding this during peak daylight hours unless you are a cache ninja. please camo well after finding.
