Geocache Description:

The Summer Olympics begin on July 27, 2012, in London. England.  In their honor, we have created a series of caches to highlight the Olympic sporting disciplines. We will release a new cache as the first medal is awarded in each discipline.  In each cache, you will see a code for the Closing Ceremony cache.  The first 26 cachers who log all 26 sporting, Opening, and Closing Ceremony caches will win a special Olympic prize.

Archery was introduced to the Olympics at the second modern Olympic games in 1900.  It lost its status as an Olympic sport in 1920 and was re-introduced in 1972.  There are 4 medal events:  Men's and Women's individual and Men's and Women's team.  There are 128 competitors at this Olympics (64 men/64 women).  Each country can have a team consisting of up to 6 athletes (3 men/3 women).  They shoot from a distance of 70 meters.  The target is 122 cm in diameter.

Caches in this series include: Opening Ceremony, Aquatics, Archery, Cycling, Fencing, Judo, Shooting, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Canoe/Kayak, Equestrian, Rowing, Table Tennis, Athletics, Badminton, Tennis, Triathlon, Sailing, Wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, Volleyball, Boxing, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Handball, Modern Pentathlon and Closing Ceremony.

Please use stealth when seeking the cache and replace it exactly as it was found.  You'll want to bring your own pen.
