Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a small park in College Station.

This cache is named for my 80-plus-year-old father, who some of my friends call by his middle name, Jacques. Dad is not really sure what I see in this geocaching hobby, but he's agreed to give me his empty pill bottles to repurpose into caches. I've decided to start a series in honor of him and place some of these camoed pill bottles in locations that will tell you more about Dad.

This location is important for two reasons. The first is that Dad definitely respects authority and is very grateful to the men and women who serve our city. Headquartered in the building next to this park, these public servants have been very helpful to him at various times since he first moved here in 2006. The second reason this location was chosen is because Dad doesn't really enjoy eating fish. So if you happen to catch one while you're searching for this cache, you don't need to share it with Dad (unless it happens to be salmon).
