The cache is a quick find for anyone out to enjoy a walk on the Bruce Trail. As many have enjoyed a hike up here or just a break from town. Lots of people enjoy riding bikes on the road but the trail at this point is really a hiking path. I was told today rainbow trout were seen spawing this April in the river along the path.
I believe the trail to be accessible to snow shoe trekkers in the winter as well. We were out to maintain this section of the trail and thought it needed another cache.
Cache is a 1KG mayo jar with TB and a few trinkets. It is located just 20 or so meters off the trail. There was no signs of poison Ivy but keep an eye.
Enjoy the walk and be amazed by the trees. This is our first cache!
