Geocache Description:

You are headed down hill along Rogers fire road if you started in Topanga as we did. If you are coming up from Will Rogers, then you are nearing the end of the uphill 5 miles. There is a fork in the road near the cache. Not sure where it goes but the main trail is looking nice and wide because the trail maintenance crew had just cleared the trail only days before we made the hike. Hopefully you will have some ocean brezzes, unlike our group, it was hot!

This is on the north side of the trail, good size container with room for swag if you care. I ddint have any so the container is empty, save the log. Bring a pen and if you have hiked all the way up or down here, i hope you brought plenty of water and good hiking shoes/ boots! Keep an eye out for mative creatures, especially the not so nice variety. There is some small amount of PO in a couple of areas so watch for that as well but none near the cache. The cache is only a few feet from the trail shoved in the bottom of a mostly leaf-less bush. Black peanut butter jar. Happy Caching!
