This cache is difficult to reach, it is a real challange, you need to be in good shape to climb 250 m uphill in a short distance (800m trail), at first you will think it is impossible, it is a 42 degree slope, but as you start you will notice it can be done, but it is as i said before difficult. Your cell phone won't be working weak signal. you can do this hunt during winter on snowshoes, but i recommend it for experts.
Me and Odile started our hike from Tannourine reserve entrance gate, climbed to Kniset el rab, then passed by rahwe valley, and finally went down, so we placed the cache to challange people with good shape to climb up. the cache is hidden inside a rock marked with red, it is visible from one angle only. i marked well the spot so you find easly, cause you will be disapointed if you reach up and come down empty handed..
the cache is a plastic box, with a blue lid, it contain many small items - lebanese coins (500, 250, 100 L.L.) colored stones, lebanese pin, aluminum cross, a navigator badge, decorative easter wooden egg, a wooden cross, a log book with a pen.
