A small cache within easy reach of anyone passing through Stanton-by-Dale. You will need a pencil/pen to sign the log.
This is my first geocache, and it is in my home village. There is no significance to the cache location - I just thought that one here would add to others in SbD such as Feeling Flakey and Gilbert Scott's Vision. Parking is difficult for this cache - on street parking is limited in the village, except for the pubs and delicatessen. Better to walk or cycle. The footpath is narrow on the approach so hold onto geokids' hands. Congratulations to A Mars Reject on the FTF, but also to jayjaybee8 who correctly predicted cache location 20 minutes after it went live, showing an uncanny knowledge of pavement paraphernalia.
