The search for this cache will take you around the scenic Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve which is a property of the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania. There are two other official caches on the 134 acres and this one ranks as the intermediate one of the three, as one is easy and one is more difficult.
The summer interns of Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve made and hid this cache with the 2012 Outdoor Discovery Day Camp campers. Please sign the logbook when you visit. It would be much appreciated if the first person to find would please email the address written in the book to inform us that the cache is indeed findable. Beechwood Farms is a gorgeous nature reserve and the trail that the cache is hidden along is quite beautiful. The hike to find this cache will lead you through some different types of habitats and you might even get lucky and see some wildlife along the way.
