BFO6 - Brandon Traditional Cache

This is a small cache in a novelty container dedicated to the little monster of the family - Brandon!
 
The cache is located just off the promenade in Kinmel Bay which has a fine, north-facing, sandy beach which is beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. On sunny days there are lots of families and professional kite flyers.
 
This location gives a great view of the promenade in Rhyl and 'Up Horton's Nose' is very close by.

The cache is in part of Kinmel Dunes nature reserve which is home to many species of plants and animals, including the common lizard, skylarks and burnet moths. Cormorants, sandwich terns and oystercatchers are often seen.. The walk to collect all six caches is just under a mile long and these caches are the first ones we have set.
 
The cache containers are various sizes and you may find it handy to bring a pen/pencil and some tweezers with you.
