Winter accessible so long as there isn't two or three feet of snow. If you're looking for caches in two or three feet of snow, you're crazy and I'd appreciate an invite.
The cache is small with only a log- please bring your own writing stick. The hint is a giveaway-so don't read it yet if you first want a challenge. Around this cache is lots of muggles, so use caution. You can park in visitor parking along the west and east sides of the apartment complex, or in 'future resident parking' on the east side of the clubhouse. Or, you can park close, just don't stay too long (long as is more than 10 minutes).
