38 is a number special to me, so it gets it's very own cache. It's a park and grab, however it's location is in a public park with limited hours. Hours of access are 5am till 10pm.
No need to open any electrical boxes. It's in plain sight and not in a typical "container" Please return it to the same spot. No room for SWAG or trackables. The log has limited space, so please try and use only 1 line when logging your visit...and bring a pen.
