כמו הרבה מקרים בארץ, פרויקט המגורים הזה שיושב בלב שמורת טבע קיבל אישורים לבנות מלון ספא לתיירות בלבד. הפרויקט פורסם כדירות פרטיות אך הוצג לועדה המתכננת כמלון דירות נופש. יש שטוענים שהתהליך כלל שוחד ואף זיוף חתימות שאפשר לפרויקט להגיע לשלב כל כך מתקדם של אכלוס. אך בית המשפט חייב את כל הדיירים שחלקם כבר שילמו את מלוא כספם לעזוב את בתיהם. בעקבות אובדן הדירות שעוד לא אוכלסו קבלני הפרויקט פשטו רגל. מאז הפרויקט הוא תפוח אדמה חם ואף אחד לא מוכן לקחת אחריות עליו, לאשר שינוי שימוש, לתיירות, אכלוס או הריסה. לכן הבניינים עומדים נטושים, רובם בנויים לגמרי. משך השנים כל בניין שנעזב נשדד מכל מה שאפשר היה לקחת, מרצפות, אינסטצליה, חלונות וכו'.
חלק מהבניינים נפלשו ואנשים מפוקפקים חיים שם בלי חשמל או מים. לחלקם חיבורים פירטיים. חלק מהפולשים נמצאים שם באישור בעלי הבית המקומי כדי שישמרו על הבניין משודדי חומרי בניה. בכל מקרה, אל תטרידו אותם והם לא יטרידו אותכם.

This cache is at an Israeli ghost town. The neighborhood includes seven houses built in 1999, called "Pinnat Hemed (charming corner)" in Ein Hemed. The neighborhood was inhabited for a short time, but after a ruling by the Israeli Court, its residents were forced to leave only weeks after they arrived.
If the gate to the community is locked, park in front of it and bypass the gate from the right following the walking path, where there is no fence.
Like many cases in Israel, a developer was able to build in the heart of a nature reserve because they received permits to build a spa hotel. Even though the planning committee was presented with plans for hotel apartments, the units were advertised as residential apartments. Some argue that the Pinnat Hemed development project included bribery and forging of signatures. Following the court’s ruling, all the homeowners left their homes, and the construction project's contractor subsequently went bankrupt. Today, most of the buildings are abandoned and are still erect. But since the property is a real estate hot potato, no one is willing to take responsibility for it, and there has been no approval to demolish the buildings, expand the development, or redevelop it for tourism. Over the years, the buildings have been looted of everything movable, including plumbing, tiles, windows, etc.
Some of the buildings are now apparently home to squatters, even though they are not connected to electricity or water. Some people living there are doing so with the approval of local landlords to guard the properties. Do not bother them and they will not bother you.
The cache is an ammo box. The cache is not a clean environment, and there are building debris and other waste scattered around the site. This cache is therefore not suitable for children or the disabled.
By car from Route 1, exit at Hamad and drive a few minutes on 3975. Turn left onto the access road to the neighborhood, and follow it all the way to the gate. If the gate is closed, bypase it from the right via a walking path where there is no fence.
