This is a very cool spot!! You will find this a very easy "addition" puzzle!

When you arrive at the first stage, you will be standing at the "Dividing Line", where fresh water meets salt water... sooooo... if you fish on the right hand side of the bridge, you will need a license for fresh water.... to the left, salt water fishing....
Stage I - Count the number of pilons on the right side that line and support the floating dock. This will give you the number for (A)
At the end of the floating dock, is a depth measurement painted onto the last pilon... the highest number is the answer for (B)...
To solve for final coords:
C = A + 3
D = B - 5
