Yeah, I know, I have a fortified building to stay safe in.. I was getting a tired of reading through all these reports and notes. I had spotted something though. It seems there are some secret facilities near the base. I had found a couple of them but they had been cleaned out long ago. There is one near here and I was looking for it when I had to make a tactical retreat up here. Oh, it's safe to come down now? Very well.
The initial shock is over. The epidemic had spread so quickly local, state and country governments didn't stand a chance to slow, contain or stop it. The few survivors out there grabbing what supplies they can and gathering in groups. This only attracts the zombies faster. At least all the movies prepared us for this. Who would have thought watching "Return of the Living Dead" could one day save your life. Today though, something new. While scavenging you came upon a journal. Seems a cure, or at least and end may have been found for the zombie state. The journal explains where the cure is, and you know the area. You also know it is crawling with zombies. Well, if you are going to make a try for this cure, you will need to collect up some help. You know of a few others in the area that like you have hole up. Looks like it is time to round them up and make your play for the hope the journal has provided.
As you find each survivor, you must keep track of their roll in life. You will find this information on the lid of each of their survival packs. After all six survivors are gathered you will be able to plan your route to cure.
Survivor Note: This one is such a mystery to me. I can not for the life of me figure out how he ended up here. Oh well, I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth. I have seen inside of his fortified building. It is clear he is some sort of bio-chemist. Of course, he simply could be mad.
