Geocache Description:

This is the first of a series of "kayaking " caches that I'm going to put out. Its surprising that this river is deep enough to canoe or kayak down. This cache will be easily obtained out of a kayak as I hid this one out of my own. Please be careful when the weather turns for the colder as this cache might be unavailable. Also please don't litter in this nice river in Jackson county. Always remember "cache in, trash out! "

Micro container with a log. Bring a pencil to sign the log! You can put your kayak in at the foot bridge in hixton. Its a very nice ride down to the sechlerville bridge. You will have to park a second vehicle at the area where you want to take out of the river. Hope you enjoy this series of caches.
