Just another fun puzzle
A little bit of history about how I came up with the idea for Night Moves. When my daughter was very small I changed jobs and went to second shift. That was about the time My family had an addition built on to our house. We had a ceiling built over the back porch. Mrs. DANBG bought a wrought iron dinette set and tried to make the porch look like a small French Café. My daughter was very young at the time and missed her bed time stories with me. So I tried to figure out a way to have fun with her with out me actually being there. Reading stories into a tape recorder, small treasure hunts in the house and a game we called (Night Moves) Every night when I would come home from work I would move something on the porch. Candle holder, vase, move the chairs around… Mrs. DANBG would always ask why something was always being moved around and my daughter would shout “Night Moves” Mrs. DANBG really never caught on to the game. She just got tired of always putting everything back. A months ago The Mellow Mushroom opened up next to my church. It’s really a neat meeting place to go after church. They have an outdoor seating area and it reminded me of the Night Moves game. It only took me a minute to come up with the idea for a Night Moves puzzle cache.

"Night Moves"
I was a little too tall
Could've used a few pounds
Tight pants points hardly reknown
She was a black-haired beauty with big dark eyes
And points all her own sitting way up high
Way up firm and high
Out past the cornfields where the woods got heavy
Out in the back seat of my '60 Chevy
Workin' on mysteries without any clues
Workin' on our night moves
Tryin' to make some front paƃe drive-in news
Workin' on our night moves
In the summertime
In the sweet summertime
We weren't in love, oh no, far from it
We weren't searchin' for some pie in the sky summit
We were just young and restless and bored
Livin' by the sword
And we'd steal away every chance we could
To the bacʞroom, to the alley or the trusty woods
I used her, she used me
But neither one cared
We were gettin' our share
Workin' on our night moves
Tryin' to lose the awkward teenage blues
Workin' on our night moves
And it was summertime
And oh the wonder
We felt the lightninƃ
And we waited on the thunder
Waited on the thunder
I awoke last night to the sound of thunder
How far off I sat and wondered
Started humming a sonƃ from 1962
Ain't it funny how the night moves
When you just don't seem to have as much to lose
Strange how the night moves
With autumn closing in
