Geocache Description:

This cache was placed on the Watershed Nature trail which is home to many indigenous species of plants and animals to Illinois. Its named after the landmark where it is hidden.  It’s an easy hike to the location, I hope you enjoy it. Please be respectful of the preserve. Don’t fish, don’t hunt, and watch out for muggles!

This cache is located at the Watershed nature center in Edwardsville, IL. It is located by the Hoppe baseball and softball fields behind the basketball courts and volleyball courts. The Watershed trail was founded in 1991 and is home to many species of plants and animals that make their home in Southern Illinois. The cache is in a small film canister and is located just off the trail at the landmark where the landmark is hidden. The trail is a big circle, so you can either way and make it to the cache. I strongly recommend going around the circle and enjoying the nature center. To learn more about the nature center you can visit them at http://www.watershednaturecenter.com/index.php.
