Hike down the new trail from the main parking lot.
This cache is placed in one of the most beautiful spots in North Douglas County. Take a short walk down the newly remodeled Cooper Creek Trail from the main parking lot. PLEASE TAKE AN ITEM FROM THE CACHE. You do not have to leave a train themed item as I have plenty and will swap them out.
This cache was created in memory of Martin L. "Pete" Peterson. He dedicated his life to the Union Pacific Railroad as an railroad engineer and in all his years of driving the train never had one derailment. In his honor all of the items in this cache are themed around the TRAIN.
