This is the neighborhood where I grew up.
Across the street from this cache are the houses I lived in until I was 21. I lived on the corner till I was 18 and then moved onto Romaine. I lived there until I left home. Behind the cache is a multi-unit complex built on the property where my grandparents had two duplexes. One facing Romiane and one facing Martel.
This cache should be an easy find. Although the terrain is flat and wheel chair accessable, I made it a 1.5 due to the fact that it is not reachable from one. On 04/04/2013 I upgraded the difficulty to a 1.5 because of problems cachers are having in finding this cache.
Congratulations to Virge, who was FTF.
There is no reason to disturb any residence in this area to get the cache.
