It's A Wonderful Life
The given coords are NOT where the cache is located but it isn't a bad place to end up.
This movie along with A Christmas Story and A Christmas Carol are movies I watch every holiday season. I remember when it would be on multiple times during the season and you could catch parts of it on different days. Now it is on once a year and it just isn't the same. This shouldn't be a hard puzzle as I can imagine with the internet most of the questions can be answered easily.

I. How much money is left after paying off the shareholders of the Building & Loan? Subtract one from the number.
J. The number on George's uniform shirt when Mary is in the hydrangea bush.
K. The Martinis are moving to their new home and are piling into the Bailey's car. How many animals are with them? Add five to that number.
