Geocache Description:

 You need to bring 1Lt. of Water.

Should be an easy find but I rated cache Difficulty Rating: 2 as you need the water. Also bring your own ink.

The cache is near the Water Tower thus the name.
So the water is needed to reach the cache, you may do well to cover the drain hole at base.
Please replace cache as found with cap tight on container.
After finding cache why make the climb to top of tower and check out the recent upgrades to the viewing platform.
