imaric: After talking with couple of fellow geocachers, I decided to retire this one. It is not the safe spot for cash-and-dash any more. And it looks that someone is repeatedly removing this cache.
The single parking spot, on the side of the road, right after the GC, has been reduced in size, and it looks like it was done intentionally. The nearest parking is not that close.
