The information for the 5th Element will be written on a card. Write this information down. Assemble the information to form the coordinates to the 5th element.

This is an easy park and grab cache. Do pull off Hwy 69 onto CR 461. The cache is a small lock and lock box. Not a lot of room for swag! But don't worry; this is the first and only small cache in the 5th Element Ultimatum!
An interesting fact about this location: Approximately 25,000 cars pass the intersection of I-20 and Hwy 69 daily!
