Charlie: a Crowd, a Cache, a Cake? Crumbs? ... Flashmob!
International Geocaching Day Nebraska FLASHMOB
Please don't approach the area until just before the start time.
We have been asked to park in the south end of the lot, or on the street (it's not a busy street).
Please leave one parking space near GZ for me to bring the event TB as close as possible to GZ!
It could be hot, it could be windy (it's Nebraska, after all), who knows, it might even rain! I'll be there rain or shine...
The schedule will look like this:
1:01 pm -
A table will be put out with an event TB.
No photos of the TB, please. You may discover the event TB only if you attend the event!
If it's pouring rain, the event TB may be in my van... until we cut & consume it.
1:02 pm -
A bucket (A) will be placed at or near ground zero. Inside the bucket will be several slips of paper.
Please take ONE log.
Pens/Pencils will NOT be provided - BRING A WRITING UTENSIL, Please!
1:03 pm - 1:11 pm -
Please fill out your log and place it in bucket (B).
The bucket will close promptly at 1:11 pm. No log in the bucket will mean no event attendance...
If I don't find your LEGIBLE caching name on a log in the bucket, you may Not log online!
1:12 pm -
Dessert will commence. If you haven't discovered the event TB, it will be destroyed at this time.
Please let me know if you will attend and how many in your party, so I can plan for the dessert? Thank you!

The flashmob will end and everyone may leave (please do!) (go home, go caching, go have a late lunch).

GZ may be in the grass, but will be only a few feet from the parking spaces. GZ may be inside my van (in the parking lot) if it's pouring rain... Although technically GZ may be 1.5 terrain (if it's in the grass), I will be sure to bring a slip of paper to/from the buckets for any attending person in a wheelchair who needs assistance! This is why I've listed this cache as wheelchair accessible.
Tentative approval has been granted by Christopher, the Saturday manager of the Hilton Garden Inn, pending further approvals by higher-ups... If the location is changed, you will find out online. Please Watch this cache page for announcements of any location changes!
