Yarra Glen is still a small country town, which needs more geo caches, so here is another focusing on the local showgrounds and adjoining reserve.
With plenty of safe areas for bike riding, walking dogs, kicking a footy etc, this cache is not too far from the nearest car parking area, but why not extend your walk to take in the local sights. The river is just beside GZ, small geo-cachers should be safe as there is a fence between you and the river.
It is a fairly easy hide in a Traditional caching position, you’re looking for an Eclipse Mint Tin, painted black.
