Geocache Description:

After the Big Bear Bash weekend I had a spare ammo can that was looking for a home. There was a long stretch of the road with no caches and I think I found a good place for one.

The cache is an ammo can hidden by natural resources. The cache can be found near USFS dirt road 3N16.

It is always a good idea to have an adventure pass while recreating in the SBNF. The road conditions on 3N16 roads are constantly changing. Plan accordingly. Two wheel drive is usually acceptable with good ground clearance. Four wheel drive makes the trip safer and there will be less tire spinning. There is room here for a couple vehicles. Please do not block the road while looking for the cache. As always with caches on the forest please be aware of the critters that call the forest home. Please replace the cache the same way we hid it so the next cacher can enjoy the find.
