As a tribute to our family's favorite holiday tradition we have decided to place a series of caches honoring the movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.  Each cache will pay homage to one of our favorite scenes from the movie.  Why is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation one of the Buckeye Family's holiday traditions you ask?  Sadly, it reminds us way too much of our own family gatherings.  It also happens to be a hilarious movie.  If you have not had the pleasure of viewing this holiday classic I suggest you rent it, pop some popcorn, and enjoy a good laugh.




#1 - The Griswold Family Christmas Tree

The hilarity begins as the Griswold family searches for the perfect Christmas tree.  You will not need to walk nearly as far as the Griswold family did but the destination will be similar.  The cache you seek does not have room for a writing utensil so BYOP.  Enjoy!!
