Questa Cache fa parte di un percorso lungo la sponda sinistra del fiume Piave attraverso i luoghi di valore storico/culturale del comune di Ponte di Piave e le immediate vicinanze. L’itinerario può essere affrontato con auto e moto, ma la migliore scelta è farlo in bicicletta e seguire l’ordine dalla numero 1 alla numero 12.

Goffredo Parise è stato uno scrittore, giornalista e poeta veneto, nato a Vicenza nel 1929 e morto a Treviso nel 1986. Viaggiatore per il mondo (Venezia, Milano, Vietnam, Biafra, Cina, Giappone...), le sue ultime dimore si situano a Ponte di Piave (TV) e Salgareda(TV): la casa in via Gonfo, in mezzo alla natura e vicina al fiume Piave, luogo caro allo scrittore, ispirazione per la sua opera più importante, "I Sillabari", e la casa in Via Verdi, ora adibita a biblioteca, presso la quale Parise si intratteneva con amici e famigliari.
La cache si trova in una posizione alta per essere protetta dalle piene del fiume.

This Cache is part of a trail along the left bank of Piave river cross historical/cultural places of Ponte di Piave and nearby. You can do the trail with car or motorcycle, but the best choice is riding a bike and following the order from 1 to 12.
Goffredo Parise was a writer, reporter and poet from Veneto, born in Vicenza in 1929 and died in Treviso in 1986. He travelled around the world (Venice, Milan, Vietnam, Biafra, China, Japan...),his last dwellings are located in Ponte di Piave (TV) and Salgareda (TV), the house on Via Gonfo,surrounded by nature and near the Piave river, dear place for the writer, when he taken the inspiration for the most importart work: “I Sillabari”, and the house on Via Verdi, now the Public library, where Parise has entertained his relatives.
The cache is located in high position, protected against flooding from the river.
