Geocache Description:

This is a small container located at the old Cowee School in the West's Mill Historic District. Log only, so BYOP.
The Cowee School was built in the 1940s and was used as an elementary school until it's retirement in May of 2012. It’s was a fairly large school built out of local stone, which lends it a beautiful historic look. The building and athletic fields will now be used for various community activities and events.
