Recently I've been trying to solve a cache based on cryptography, and have been having a hard time. One night, I became more frustrated than usual, and decided to take out my anger by placing a mystery cache where you have to solve a cryptography puzzle, like the puzzle I've been trying to solve. The difficulty is based on the puzzle, but if you don't pay attention to the hint below, it can apply for the hide to. I will raise the difficulty, if people think it is neccesarry.
