A straighforward mystery cache where all you need is the values of the letters and something else found in parts 1 and 2.
The cache is located at :

This is the final in a set of three caches. The values of the letters and some more needed information can be found in part1 GC3TE5W and part2 GC3TE7R. Parking possible for one maybe two cars next to the seat at the given coordinates if care taken.
