Une petite balade sur le bord de mer entre le port du Bélon et le fort du même port. (WP : Parking et Départ de la balade)
Pour les plus pressés, l'emplacement d'un stationnement proche de la cache vous permettra d'y accéder plus rapidement. (WP : Parking rapide)
Le fort du port du Bélon, situé aux confluent de l'Aven et du Bélon, disposait de 6 canons, contrôlant ainsi l'accès aux bras de mer.
Pendant la Révolution et l'Empire, ce fort protégeait l'accès des anglais qui tentaient de parvenir à Concarneau par l'intérieur.
En 1817, le fort est confié aux douanes, puis est définitivement déclassé en 1883.

Small hike on the sea shore between the port of Bélon and the fort (WP : Parking and Départ de la randonnée)
For those who just want to log the cache, another parking is indicated, closer to the cache. (WP : Parking rapide)
The fort, situated at the confluence of the Aven and the Bélon, used to have 6 cannons, controlling the access to those two rivers.
During the French Revolutiom and the Empire, this fort used to protect the access from the English who tried to reach Concarneau from the inside.
In 1817, the fort was used by the customs, and then definitely abandonned in 1883.
