The cache is located at Takasaki castle, that was built in 1597 by Naomasa Ii. Please bring your pen.

高崎城の地には平安時代後期に作られたという和田城がありました。１５９７年徳川家康の命により井伊直政が高崎城を築きました。現在、堀と土塁がほぼ残っており、高崎市立中央図書館の正面玄関付近には調査の際に発見された石垣水路と石樋の一部が移築再現されています。筆記具を持参ください。
