Drackvor: Archiving this cache, i have had to replace the puzzle twice and people seem intent of cutting through the lock instead of solving the puzzle correctly

This Cache is called the Evil test because...well it's an evil test, to claim a find for the cache you have to sign the log, just finding the container is not enough!
The cache is hidden at the co-ordinates given, and there is a nice large grassy area very close by to sit and attempt the cache, when rehiding please put back exactly where you found it, and be very careful of a small ditch between the path and the cache location! please bring your own pen to sign the log.
The container is big enough to hold trackables, so even if you dont sign the log you can pick up and drop off trackables at the cache.
