Nikrmana: Unfortunately there's been some continuing issues with this cache and there is no option to replace it, thus I am archiving it. I'm also archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

Monastery Scit-Rama

M-16.2 between Bugojno and Jablanica is the small city of Prozor-Rama (at km 40) located. There you can follow the signs to the Franciscan Monastery Rama-Scit. Scit is situated on a peninsula in a great reservoir. At the additional waypoint you can park the car and hike the rest of the way. You should visit the church which is dedicated to holy Maria and the monastery. In the beautiful park you can enjoy the landscape and you can see lots of sculptures. Behind the church (follow the wooden signs) is an ethnographic museum wich presents the lifestyle of the people in Rama region. It is worth to visit the museum, it only costs 3KM (1,50€).

When you stand in front of the museum and look at it, you can follow a small gravel path at the right side. Along that path there are diffrent stations with crosses (crossroad).
To find the cache you have to follow the path to the last station.
From there you have to follow a very small path uphill for approximate 50 meters.
The cache is located on the right side.
On the way back you can have some cold drinks at the small caffee in front of the parking area. There you can also buy souvenirs. And please give a donation for the monastery!
