Geocache Description:

A simple math problem for our first hide

This Cache is not at the Posted Coordinates

So here is a quick story behind the name of our cache. While we knew the general area we wanted to hide our first cache we didn’t know the exact location. So while out scouting for a good hiding spot we came across a small bird that was caught in some netting along the lake. So acting quickly my better half ran to one of the nearby houses to see if we could borrow something to set it free. After a minute my fiancé returned with a nearby Good Samaritan and a pair of scissors. The Good Samaritan was able to cut the bird free without incident. Hence the name “Freebird” So if you ever think to yourself what the heck am I doing out here just remember Caching Saves Lives!

My fiance the math teacher wanted to do a puzzle cache for our first hide. We loaded up the cache with a lot of goodies so feel free to trade away. Inside cache for FTF is a $5 gift card to Target. Good luck!
