This micro cache is a tribute to the recent completion of the four-laning of Highway 11 between Toronto and North Bay. This project has been thirty years in the making! No traffic jams expected any time soon as you resume your travels along the highway in either direction.
The magnificently engineered Pevensey Road exit boasts a spectacular rockcut worth viewing. The transition from a simple country road turnoff to a high falutin' underpass/overpass has taken three years. We don't exactly understand its intend, as the country roads in both directions remain unpaved and narrow. However, a special thanks to 'Uncle Tony' for this over the top exit to one our team member's off-the-grid cabin in the woods. Most appreciated!
