Arvin "GE" Erskine was long time Public Works Director for South Portland from. This cache takes you to a very nice memorial park in his honor.
To find the final North coordinates subtract the year he started working for South Portland as Public Works Director from the year he retired. Add that number to 116 and use that as the last three digits of your North coordinates.
To find the final South coordinates look at the last two words on the last line of the placque. Take the number of letters in the two words and to make two digit number. For example if the words were cache and fish, the number would be 54. Add the number you get to 280 to get the final three numbers of the West coordinates.
It is a non-magnetic nano cache, initials only on the log. Bring your on writing utensil.
