Geocache Description:


This is one in a series of caches along the Ice Age Trial in the Greenwood Wildlife area.
 
It is possible to start with any one of the caches and proceed to the next cache by using the Ice Age Trail.
 
Along the way will see a variety of unique landscapes ranging from Prairie Savannahs to Dry Kettles and a vast array of wooded areas.
 
A must stop is the information sign and log bench:

As you explore these areas please stay on the trail until you get close to the caches.
 
For those who may not want to do a lot of walking we have listed a parking coordinate for each cache.
 
You will be looking for a ammo can
 
 
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Mark Randall, Oshkosh DNR, 625 East County Road Y Oshkosh, WI 54901 of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
