This is a "Mystery Cache" that is NOT located at the posted coordinates. Boy Scout Troop 110 scouts are working on their Geocaching Merit Badge!
Let's start with some Boy Scout facts: 1 - There are a "number" of ranks a scout can achieve as a Boy Scout: Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life, and Eagle. 2 - To become an Eagle Scout, a scout must earn a certain "number" of required merit badges: First Aid, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Communications, Personal Fitness, Emergency Preparedness OR Lifesaving, Environmental Science, Personal Management, Swimming OR Hiking OR Cycling, Camping, and Family Life. To find the correct coordinates for this cache, you will need to subtract the number of ranks in Boy Scouting from the North coordinate below (not the published coordinates above); and, add the number of required Eagle merit badges to the West coordinate below. N 41 33.536; W 083 36.684. You're looking for a metal ammo can that is marked with a "Geocache" label and contains a logbook and hopefully a nice array of swag and a trackable or two. Placed with permission of the property owner, which sponsors Troop 110. Note: Enter the treed area via the left or right paths.
