This cache is part of a walk aroung Wyresdale Park on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. A film cannister container. Pencil needed. These fields were rather boggy when we set the caches, so consider your footwear carefully!
If walking to the Potter's Hill cache, the footpath bares right, a concessionary footpath around the stud farm, please stick to this path, it isn't clearly signposted at first, but it runs right around the farm, literally. Sheep and horses in the fields along this stretch of footpath. When we placed this cache, we admired Arkmire house and some lovely horses in the field nearby, turns out the buildings here are part of Arkmire Stud, which has 80 acres of grassland farm for breeding horses.
