Geocache Description:

Llwyngwril is a coastal village, with a population of about 500 people, it offers some lovely short walks, and plenty to see along the way.

we have a Quakers burial ground, which dates back to 1646, there is a geocache closeby, GC11ERC.
We also have a prehistoric hill fort, Castell Y Gaer, which also has a cache closeby GCQWD8. You will pass both of these on the walk.

I used to play so many games in the woods here, so they will always be special to me. Close by you can see woodpecker holes, this year they managed to raise three young and they can be seen flying about the trees.
You are looking for a small cache. look for a tree with a big hole in about head height, cache is found at the foot of this tree under a rock,
