Geocache Description:

Bring Your Own Pen! A short 0.33 mile walk will bring you to the cache (of the trail by ~20 feet or so) and a boardwalk out into the mashland.
From parking, follow the blue arrows that start just to the right of the kiosk.  A number of informational signs can be found along the way and on the boardwalk, teaching about the forest and wildlife that lives there.

Ever since I started caching regularly I wanted to hide a cache in this "Green area" as shown on Google Maps.  For the longest time I had no idea how to do it because, after all, it is a swamp.  However, a few weeks ago I was driving along Kimball road I rediscovered the Walcott Property.  A place where one or more eagle scout projects were done many years ago, this conservation land is seldom used.  I remember coming here to help on said projects as a young lad, and they can be seen along the trail.  The parking area is set back from the road and is accessed by a short sandy driveway.

The blue arrow trail will take you to the cache and back.  There are also other trails around the property.  I would recomend taking a picture of the map if you plan on exploring another trail because they are not as well marked or defined.

Cache is a Lock'n'Lock covered in camo duck tape.  Please rehide as found.
Initial contents: log book, golf ball, crayons;
FTF Prize: 2 Party Poppers
STF Prize: 1 Party Popper

Remember, BYOP! (the container was just a tad too small )
