*TO SOLVE:*
All righty.... At the posted coordinates is an electrical post. There is a tag (about 1"x2"?) with numbers and letters. Don't pay attention to the smaller two tags beneath this one. Refer to the numbers as ABCD and refer to the letters as EFGHI (hopefully not too confusing). You're going to want to translate the letters into their respective numbers on a cell phone keypad. Plug in to the following and solve for stage two!

At stage two, you'll come to a set of street signs. Refer to the top sign's numbers as UVW and the bottom ones as XYZ. As before, just plug in and solve for the final container!
