Traditional Cache just off the path from Crowrhorn to Holcombe.

Noticed a rather blank area on the Cache map. This can be a pleasant walk from Edgeworth and Crowthorn through to Harcles Hill and Holcombe Tower, I decided to find a suitable place to set the cache.
Fabulous views of Bolton, Manchester and surrounding area can be witnessed from along this route, which is flat and gentle. It can be muddy in places after rain.
The Cache is hiding in a larger container and is capable of holding small TB's or Geocoins.
Please Note: This is a Military Training Area on which live firing and other pyrotechnics may be used. The area is generally open public access. One of the safety rules for public access is:- Do not, (and ensure that children do not) approach, touch or pick up any metal objects lying on the ground. Please obey all byelaws and locally posted information concerning times when the area may be closed. These may be physical barriers, flags or lights.
Please take care opening the container and replace thoughtfully.
